Convention is next weekend at the Rancho Cordova Marriott! The Madhatters will be actively participating and we need a good turnout. We will be hosting a club room on Friday night from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Renee is in charge of planning this and she says she will have a number of surprises. We are running the raffle and can use additional raffle prizes and help selling tickets both Friday night and all day Saturday. We are participating in the Car show on Saturday from 10:00 Am to 3:00 PM in the hotel Parking lot. Art is in charge of the car show. Our club chef Mike is conducting a dutch oven cooking session in the parking lot on Saturday. Make sure and check this out so we can have some good dishes to share on future camping trips. Saturday night is the dinner and raffle drawing. The Madhatters will be sharing a table at dinner and announcing the raffle prize winning numbers. You must register to attend the dinner and the wine tasting. You do not have to be registered for participating in the car show (It just requires a $10 donation). Even if you cannot attend the entire convention please come join us at the club room on Friday or at the Saturday car show.
