Prospective Members…

  1. Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and have proof of PL and PD insurance.
  2. Membership is open by invitation only
    • Local Applicants
      • Primarily available to individuals who live less than 60 miles away from the club’s regular meeting location and can attend meetings.
      • Must participate in 2 overnight club runs and attend 3 club meetings. Overnight trips must be done on an off road trail, and in their own four wheel drive vehicle.
    • Remote Applicants
      • Primarily available to individuals who live 60 miles or further away from the club’s regular meeting location and are unable to attend meetings. Madhatters Bylaws 2017 Page 3 of 6 Adopted: January 2017
      • Must participate in 5 club runs and/or events of which 2 must be separate overnight trips. Overnight trips must be done on an off road trail, and in their own four wheel drive vehicle.
      • Must be sponsored by an active member in good standing at a regular club meeting.

Ordering Madhatter Logo Apparel


For club jackets many of us have the System 365 Three-Season Jacket (Item WEB-401) in Navy.  The embroidery cannot be ordered via the web.  To order club jackets contact Aramark at (800) 388-3300.  Reference account number 15839766, make sure they have the logo that just says Madhatters.  They have an old logo too from the early days, before Livermore.

For all other club logo clothing you please contact the Club President at ________________. Our supplier has hats, shirts, and a large variety of other products that can be ordered with the Madhatters logo.

Feb 2014 Update:  Aramark sometimes overstocks the System 365 jacket at reduced pricing.  Search for availability of the overstock item by its code CSF-401.

Jeep Flags
